What I Offer:

  • ✺ Knowledge Through Experience

    Nearly 7 years of aerial arts practice and 3 years of contortion practice. Currently studying for NASM PT certification.

  • ✺ 1-on-1 Sessions

    Up to 90 minutes per session, in-person in Orlando, FL, or online.

  • ✺ Focus Areas: Hips, Back, and Shoulders

    Exercise plans for general mobility and flexibility that work toward splits and backbends.

  • ✺ An Emphasis on Strength

    Strength training is fundamental to safely build flexibility.
